Dr. Ambreen Amir

did her Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad-Pakistan in 1993. She brings in over 20 years of field and management experience in public health care, humanitarian assistance/emergency preparedness by serving in Pakistan Army. She has extensive product research & development work experience in private pharmaceutical sector. She was actively involved in the development and sustainability of the Quality Management System in line with the requirement of industry standards. She embedded a culture of continuous improvement throughout her career in leading the team to achieve quality management system targets for achieving business goals. She successfully completed the IRCA Lead Auditor Training Course for ISO 9001:2015 QMS and the Dope Control Course by The Asian Federation of Sports Medicine during the 9th SAF games in 2003.

Holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry, and brings in with him over 30 years of relevant work experience. He got Foreign trainings like Laboratory management from USA, advanced trainings on HPLC, Atomic Absorption and other sophisticated equipment from USA & Dubai. He received training on Calibration/ Validation from China.

He is trained as a QMS Lead Auditor from UK based, IRCA Approved certification body and has been serving as an approved auditor and technical expert for ISOQAR (UK based certification body).

His work experience includes: as a junior analyst at NIH- Islamabad Pakistan for 7 years, as head chemical section in Quality Control Department at Pharmacia & Upjohn Pharmaceutical Islamabad Pakistan for 11 years. He worked independently as Technical Consultant for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry for 12 years. Now working as Chief Quality Operations at Prime Health (pvt) Limited where he has been actively involved in the selection of the equipment, development of SOPs regarding safety and quality assurance procedures for use in the lab. Supervises the technical staff in carrying out the tests and quality checks. He also ensures that all the procedures are in compliance with the national & international standards & legislation. He manages and maintain Laboratory’s quality audits. He also has been conducting laboratory equipment operational training to the Industry as well as Educational Institutes.

He is a member of Institute for Internal Controls, USA and Institute of Internal Auditor (USA) and holds certification of “Certified Internal Auditor”, USA. Mr. Shahid Shoaib began his career from Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, from where onward he gained experience of diverse sectors serving clients spanning the Financial, Manufacturing, Telecom, Real Estate, Trading and Services industries.

Subject matter expert in process, cleaning, equipment/ systems including facility/utilities and process scale up. Proven ability to develop and motivate efficient teams that take pride in delivering organizational goals. Well enhanced organizational and project management skills to achieve results. Recognized as an effective team leader and maintain consistent quality commitment and customer satisfaction. Hands on experience in Quality System, Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply chain, & Product Development. Demonstrated and recognized reputation as an energetic, motivated, creative self-starter with strong leadership skills and ability to build, develop, and lead superior work and technical teams focused on excellence. Possess excellent technical, investigative, and interpersonal skills.
